Don,
I was confused by John's reference to Bill Nolen's registry. If John's list was compiled from submissions made directly to him for the express purpose of being placed on the map, then no adjustment would be necessary in my view; there would be no question of impropriety on John’s part.
But by my peek at the map project, John has many dead-end locations identified. That is locations where the owner tied to a location is not known for some reason. Did some Potter owners submit their locations to John without identifying themselves? . . . Or, did John draw his map data from some online list other than one the he personally compiled? . . . Or, was the list compiled from a combination of direct submissions and acquisitions from other online sources? . . . My inquiring mind would like to know.
