(Bill Payne, Hobo 14) The idea behind the Potter registration list on Bill's web site was to list as many Potters as possible with the latest information available. In many cases, we know the information is not up to date, but it still gives some information about the history of a specific boat. P15 #567, for instance, belonged to Bob Adair, who was an active member of the Potter Yachters in 1979, but Bob and #567 have not been heard from in many years. Users of the Potter map may or may not want such information on the map, but it will be virtually impossible to keep the information up to date. Potters are continually changing owners or locations or being retired from service, and in most cases the changes will not be reported to Bill or John.
