Maybe your skills, like mine, consist only of knowing which end of the can opener to apply...but, that's important knowledge. Did you ever forget the can opener and resort to trying to open a can with a knife? Mighty dangerous!!
In my quest to develop some food supplies that didn't require ice or much storage room, I checked on the availability of dried whole eggs the other day.
Actually the cost wasn't as high as I expected, only about $16.00 for a 2.25 pound can, which is about the equivalent of 80 to 90 eggs.
But, who in the world would want that amount of dry egg powder?
So...anyway...how about giving up your pet boat cooking recipe!
