When creating a solar oven collector size is king, and insulation is queen. But a right proper little solar oven can be made to actually bake biscuits and cakes as well as Bread and whole chickens. In a pinch, Give me a couple of rdboard refrigerator boxes some clear plastic sheeting and a roll of ductape and several newspapers and I can get a soalr oven ready in a few hrs suitable to cook a few dozen laves of bread in an afternoon of bright sun.
