Oyster Pt. has dry storage and isn't too far from the City, between Candlestick and SFO. There is "mast-up" storage on Alameda at both Alameda Marina and Grand Marina. If you are willing to rig/de-rig the boat you could put it in an RV storage place and maybe keep it closer to home.
What is the Port of SF up to, kicking everybody out?
