p 18 vang collar

can anyone tell me the dimensions of a precision 18 mast? or the size ? i am looking for a mast collar to attach my boom vang to and Dwyer neeeds to know the mast size(thickness) please advise ps have not been here all winter saw no Tom Scott postings what's up with that?
