Hey Joe, Tom, very unfortunately for all of us, has left the forum. Everyone hopes for his eventual return and wishes him well.
On your vang attachment question, I am wondering are you looking for the mast dimensions or the boom dimensions? Tom used a bail bolted through the mast step and that is what I did too. Fairly easy with a cobalt drill bit. The boom bail is slightly smaller and Tom riveted his on while I did it the lazy way and drilled and through bolted the bail to the boom. No problems so far.
Let us know which measurement you need and we can find it for you.
