Brad,
Atlantic has both used and a limited number of new sails. I bought new sails from their inventory for my old 27' sloop. I measured the existing sail dimensions and found that a Catalina 25 main and a J-24 gen were within a couple of inches of my old sails. For both, the cost was about $1400. Those sails were in stock.
I believe they have a return guarantee on used sails, but did not go that route. Their service was very good. They actually returned phone calls!!
