In Response To: Window unit AC on P23, how to reduce rudder slop (pic) (Jeff T., P23, Galileo)

from Tom Scott. If you search the archives for "gudgeon" you can get the full text. Unfortunately, the pictures have long since gone. Basically, he filled the holes with epoxy, then redrilled them to the size of the pintles. It dramatically reduced the slop he was experiencing. I will get some pictures for you then share with the group.
