Report: outside forum guidelines

I was out on lake Harris yesterday as guest on a Cape Dory Typhoon for the later part of the day. We had 9 to 12 mph wind which allowed us to clock in approximately 13 miles. It was a very enjoyable sail. Lake Harris is I would guess 2 to 2 1/2 below normal. Sailing by some of the slips you can see the low water level. If someone out there in sailors paradise knows how to open up the great spigot in the sky over lake county please do it, we need it. When rain comes it seem to circumvent our area.
