Date: 4/30/09 7:54p.m. Report: outside forum guidelines In Response To: I'll show you mine if you show me yours ;D (Jerry Carpenter C-26 # 147) I have been sewing the mainsail for the Minuet. Here are the top panels of the sail with the head reinforcement patches and the top two batten pockets sewn on. Sewing parts like patches and batten pockets on before sewing all the seams together makes it easier because one does not have to move the whole sail through the machine. This fabric is stiff ( no drape to it).
