In Response To: Jerry and others: I need a new wood router. (Rob M, P-21, Minuet building.)

I have the Bosch Combination (plunger and fixed base) model # 1617PK. I don't use it often but it's nicely built with good quality parts. It has 2 different size shanks. Need the larger one for doing hard dense wood. Make sure whatever router you get is compatible with your router table if you have one.
