WTB P165 or P18 in NC

Hi, All. I'm new to the forum and trying to be new to sailing. I've been researching boats for awhile and my current top 2 boats are P165 or P18. Money's tight so I can't buy new. I check many online classifieds daily but I figured I'd post here in case someone happens to be thinking about selling. I'm in the Raleigh/Durham area of NC and am willing to drive a few hours for a decent boat. Thanks. -Chet
