Those "skylight" hatches are prone to leaking and warping

You may need to u-nscrew and rebed the mast step and its screwholes, but the forward hatch is more hassle. I kind of just live with mine an keep a small bucket to catch drips when I am not using the boat. It is on my list to replace, but they are expensive enough that it keeps low on the priority list.
