Leakage around electrical plug

I looked closer at the plug. The reason the mast light didn't work was because the insulation on one of the wires wasn't cut back far enough. The little screw designed to make the connection was pressing on the insulation not on the wire. I cut back the insulation refitted the wire into the connection, tighten the little screw and now the lamp works. I also removed all the old 4200 sealant and re-applied new sealant. This little effort also took care of the water leakage. thanks guys for all the help and suggestions.
