vinyl and sunbrella. The vinyl was medium blue, and the sunbrella was teal green. It seems to me that the sunbrella was hotter, but not alot. It may be because the sunbrella top has less clearence over head, and as such you are closer to the hot material. You can feel the heat radiating when its 98 degrees outside and no wind. As long as you are moving, you have no problem under the top. I keep my tops in a zippered cover under a boat cover, so they do not weather much, and have not had any piece break yet.Here is a picture of the sunbrella top.. This picture was during the installation. I lowered it about two inches so it would clear the boom.
