Hi Brian, tool out my P23 last Oct and drydocked it a Aqualand. saved some money but what the boat was in horrible condition....very dirty and one can't use a hose there and the maintenance yard is close on the week ends.

old dock was relocated and we spent a few hours picking out a new location.

anyone used clorox to clean the deck? I used a lot of soft scrub but still a lot of black i can't seem to get off. spent all day yestrerday cleaning the boat.

by the way, the engine cranked up with about ten pulls...very exciting. FWIW, i leave the hose connected to the tank.
