Laundry soap like Tide, Oxy Clean, etc. should do a pretty good job cleaning the boat, but it'll also take of wax if you've got wax on the boat. I use Aurora Boat Clean and Aurora Boat Scrub on my boat, but these days you have to order it through their website and it's gotten very pricey. If you clean the boat with Boat Clean and Boat Scrub, then follow up with Boat Shine on the smooth gelcoat and Sure Step on the nonskid it'll stay looking good. Any crud that gets on it should come off easily. Aurora's website is www.auroramarine.com.
