Like doing laundry, a little pre-clean, a little time to work, and a rinse. It works even better if you add a little spic-and-span. Do not use laundry soap, as the bleach will crew on that instead of the mold! My company cleaned the ENTIRE Treasury Department in DC with bleach once. Used a whole truck load. Yes, we neutralized the run-off.
