Rob,

I suspect it will take a long time to build. I have a feeling you'll be getting rid of the 21 once the Minuet is done, IMHO. The Minuet will do everything the 21 does without such a large cabin. I think you'll find a special joy in sailing the Minuet just knowing it was just pieces of wood sitting in your garage at one time.
