that is pretty inexpensive. I do still have my boat partner - the one who never sails but once or twice a year, but pays his share. So far he wants to keep his interest. The question will be at the time he does decide to sell out is to buy him out or sell the whole boat. We will burn that bridge when we come to it.

Yes - The Amigo will take a long time to build, but I do not think it need take any longer than the Minuet, because of the experience I have had building this one.

If I were to build it, the 1st thing I would do is put up a pole building to do the building in. That was my mistake with the Minuet. It meant I had limited space in the shop, then when it came outside, I was at the mercy of weather. My shop was not adequately heated so that also put pauses in the building.
