(pic) (Jack, H23.5, F-5, Fl.) If you will be actually using a ladder, like when you take a swim from the boat, a ladder is far more civilized than a 3/8" rope sling cutting into your foot. In an emergency, the rops sling will look GREAT, but for regular access, a hook-on ladder in the cubby would be a nice addition.
