I have always thought it would be fun to do a canoe trip from the headwaters of the Mississippi River down to New Orleans some day. How long would it take for two people, how dangerous would it be considering barges, current, riff raff etc? Would probably just camp whenever possible along the banks, islands, etc. No definite plans to ever do it, but always thought it would be a fun and interesting thing to do someday.
