In Response To: Turtling P-185 (Brad Benner, P-18 "Solstice", PA)

I read it. It's unfortunate that he took an unballasted sailboat out in such conditions and did not know, or was not told what to anticipate.

Most any unballasted boat could have the same issue. My P-16 behaved the same way. However,I knew that could happen and was ready or got out of the water.
