Hello, Many call me "The Skipper". I am new to this board. I hope to make many sailing friends here. Any way, I have sailed and owned many boats. Right now, I own a Hunter 27, Luger 26, South Coast 22, Nacra 5.2, Two Sun Fish and a dingy. I know I know,,,,too many boats! Your right! I need to sell one or two of them I suppose. But I just have so much trouble letting go of them after I have put so much work into them. One of the boats I have sailed was the S 2 (Racing yacht, not the cruising yacht). I loved the boat. However, when I went to buy an S 2, I ended up finding a Hunter 27 instead. On this web site, Hunter is not offered as one of the forums. I was hopping, that since S 2 is a yacht that has many similarities to Hunter, I could stay and exchange information. Besides asking questions, I also have many years of sailing experienc. I have sailed for 32 years now. I know all about repairing boats and upkeep and many more things. I know a lot about sailing too of course. So, I am certain I can offer much on this message board. Some of the questions I have are related to inboard engines and also electrical. Well, I hope you guys will enjoy my company. I look very forward to getting to know all of you.
