I am not awae of a lot of turnbuckles w/ pins to prevent movement other than open body designs using standard stainless cotter pins. Most tubular style TB's have a hole in the middle for leverage when turning. Most turnbuckles use two nuts to lock them in position. open style have holes for cotter pins to prevent fully unscrewing, and to lock them into the adjusted position. Any marine supply can provide yopu with cotter pins.
