Mast Step

Report: outside forum guidelines

My mast step is sagging under the mast. It has bent about 1/2". As a result my turnbuckles have run out of threads. Has anyone had to replace or unbend the top plate on which the mast sits? I checked rig-rite with no luck.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
