Check out Quantum Sails web site they have a rig tuning guide for the J22 which is a very similar boat. They list Loos gauge settings for upper & lower shrounds & headstay basedon wind speed. I have my boat set for 5-9 knot winds which relates to 30 uppers 24 lowers and 6 headstay. I have a prebend in my mast of about 2.5" - 3" and quite a bit of rake which I guess is best discribed by the fact that my forestay turnbuckle is backed off to the point that I can just pin it. I should also note that my 6.7 has the original Kenyon mast. They also provide a great deal of info regarding sail trim at different wind speeds. Check it out!
