Outboard Bracket

After 2 years of reliable service, my bracket is unlocking itself from the "up" position and dropping down.It came with the boat when I bought it; no name on it that I've found, but it looks like the cheaper Fulton in th W.M. catalogue. (The one that cautions that it's not for 4-stroke engines.) I have a 5 hp Honda 4-stroke, weighs 60 lbs. The bracket looks beefy enough for the weight. Does anyone have any experience with this?
