If you call them you must talk to Kim. He is basically a one man operation and the service you get depends a lot on the particular mood he is in that day. They are only a 30 minute drive away for me. I have had to deal with them on several occasions. I am one who will avoid doing business with them at all costs. If you need a whole new mast you should consider other spars, call Hall Spars & Rigging in Bristol RI, they are very good, professional company. You can also try to Offshore Spars. Whoever you talk to tell them you spar is very similar to that of a J22. J22s used the same Kenyon extrusions but some of the newer ones I have seen have Hall Spars on them.
