I have had a number of perfectly fine transactions, but also stood in the shop and watched callers get little to no help because they were perhaps a little more difficult to deal with. my advice if you call them: be ready with ALL the information you can get beforehand: - lookup all the part numbers you can find on the website. not everything is there, but look long and hard and you'll find a lot of the exact parts that were used on our boats. - be clear and precise about any unknowns or questions you have. - measure parts and have the measurement ready. even when this seems unnecessary or.... go elsewhere... I understand some J24 parts like spreader related gear are exactly the same but could never get exact confirmation
