Report: outside forum guidelines

4th Annual Upper-Midwest Championship to be held July 24 & 25 on Pelican Lake. Every one is invited, Pelican Lake is located midway between Fergus Falls and Detroit Lakes, MN. A total of five races will be held a Saturday night social dinner with a live band lunches will be provided each day.
