I agree that is while after much back and forth my boat is coming with me to the east Coast! It is alot of bang for the buck even with issues. The only boat I might want more is a folding Tri $$$$$. for a 1996 12 is a good price if it is not too beat most people who do not sail them learned on Catalina's or Mcgregor and are a little scared when the boat goes enjoy your boat.
