I expect you are fine because the boat has been dry sailed.
Two things to check: 1) Is that the floor is solid around the compression post? 2) How much play is there between the centerboard and the pin (crawl under the trailer and push up on the board; 1/4" or less is typical)?
There is no way to inspect the ballast tank (or the aft air chamber) without cutting a hole through the cabin sole. Since you said you planned to keep it on a mooring, you may want to read the archives to see how folks have dealt with problems that will eventually develop. I just finished sealing up the floor I cut in my cabin floor to reinforce the centerboard pin bolts.
Is the boat a model A, C, or R?
