water ballast

Report: outside forum guidelines

I'm considering the purchase of a Santana 2023 and I'm wondering if these vessels have a history of inner hull problems associated with the water ballast. The boat in question is a 1994 'A' model. Any comments or advise on what to look for and specific areas of the hull to examine would be MUCH appreciated. They are GREAT looking boats! Thanks
