Here is a link to the page of my Santana 2023 C modifications that shows how I raised and upgraded the bunks.
Additional note: With your fist, beat along the bottom of the hull to make sure your bunk support brackets are directly below the inner hull support ribs. This is like pounding the wall of your house to locate the stud. If there is not an inner rib above the bracket , be sure to readjust your trailer winch post in order to move your boat forward or backward. This is critical to insure that bumps in the road don't cause your hull to crack. In other words, the metal trailer bunk support brackets should be under a section of the hull that has a wood beam above the fiberglass. There are only a few of these beams in the entire hull. The rest is just plain fiberglass. You can also tell if the fiberglass is not supported inside the hull by looking to see if there is an indentation in the hull where the bunk brace is located.
