Sailing 2023 in Mission Bay

Has anyone experienced sailing from Mission Bay under the Ingram St Bridge and W Mission Bay Drive? Went under Ingram St yesterday and not much clearance between the top of the mast and the bottom of the bridge (Standard 27ft mast + roughly 4ft to water line). Concerned about high tide at 3PM ?
