Report: outside forum guidelines

I thought I would toss this out, I am a frugal person very frugal, okay to sum it up "you get what you pay for" I have found this one thing true above all, if you go too cheap your going to get bit in the ass hard.
Remember sailing is fun, if you kill yourself alone no harm no foul. If you injure someone though negligence, because the doohickey, you purchase on the cheap. Electrocuted, burned, injured or caused somebody to drown.
Seriously I am after a family member about this all the time. There is always time to fix it later attitude, the answer is no there is not, because sometime you do not get a second chance.
Always say a prayer for second chances because we all deserver them, but often do not get them.
