Though I have a C model I sometimes wonder whether I made the right choice or not. They both have good and bad features that it makes it almost a toss up between the two. A few of the things I have noticed as far as attractive features for each are:
C Model- Poptop, v-berth cabin, better headroom, typical sailboat layout, opening ports, more useful galley.
A Model- Attractive deck layout, deep cockpit well, large rear berth, open cabin, rear head has better access/functionality?
Tough call either way but I think we all would agree that no matter which way you go you can't go wrong. Good luck with your search.
