Greetings, There are allot of guides for fractional mast tuning on the internet. This link http://www.kempsails.com/sitedata/PDF_Forms_for_Download/Kemp-Tuning-Fractional-Rigs.pdf is a pretty good one if you don't have a loose gauge to start your tune with. There is one for the 525 also that is relevant. Trying to find ones without back stays and not 7/8 rigs is the key. Like Peter said NO SLACK in the uppers and if there is slack in the lowers from inversion (reverse mast bend) that's bad too. The 1/4 inch through bolt for the forestay at the mast end is bent on mine also. Don't know if I'll go to a hound or a larger bolt. Bob Frak S/V Alegira
