It's a J120. It was the last sail of the year, they are pulling boats starting this week. We were under a 110 jib alone. Did a quick 10 mile out and back close reach along the shore with a stiff offshore wind. My wife and I plus two others took a week did the delivery from here to Chicago for the Mac race this summer, about 450 miles. One of the normal race crew members said under those winds with the small chute and a reefed main the boat would do 18 knots in those conditions. We only had 5 on board and one is due in 2 weeks. We told her to keep her legs crossed if she felt anything funny. It was a short sail to eat and drink anything left onboard from the summer and the strip sails, boom, instruments etc... to get it ready to be haulled. Bob Frak S/V Alegira
