Looks like a few 2023A owners on the site. I'd like to put this out and see if a couple of you guys would spend a few minutes (pictures are great too) on how your jib/genoas are rigged. I'm a fairly new owner of a 1992 2023A. The blocks to the jib are mounted on the forward corners of the cabin, kinda weird place for them I think. The boat came with a new 150% Genoa, still folded. I had a forestay made which I plan to thread thru and use when I expect light wind, the reg. jib for windy days. What have you guys done for rigging--blocks, where mounted, how? There are a few spots on the deck that Schock did not put anti-skid stuff on--two spots for winches on each side of the hatch area and another 8' line along the deck on each side for a track. I know the stuff is pricey, just thinking of buying a couple of blocks and attaching them to a lifeline stanchion base, figure out somewhere for a clam cleat until I figure out if I need the track/traveler, winches etc. Also a good recommendation for buying reasonably priced hardware? West Marine has a nice catalog but spendy! Thanks in advance.
