Truly can't imagine wanting to sail with the thing up, but maybe that's because I've never had one. Hell, maybe they're the cat's meow for all I know. Just seems like a good idea that's not too practical for the way I sail. Looks nice, but I think I'll have to stick with the tarp over the boom when anchored out until such time as I ever get a chance to check it out on someone ELSE's Santana. Say, Allen, I think your Santana would look 'really nifty' with a bimini on it... and I'll bet the wife would really love it... LOL's!! ;^) Hey, are you going to get me a few pictures of your tank cuts, inside of the tank, etc???
