Specifically, that even when in the forward position (Ray's pics), it still appears that the bimini would interfere with the main sheeting. That's on my 2023, and I'd guess CERTAINLY it would interfere with yours, what with you using a traveler, which I do not. I noticed this on his site last week, after I went looking for it. It would appear that the bimini, if being used in its forward position (while sailing), would have to be further forward, indeed. I do know it's do-able, however, as Peter informed us his stays put, used under way a lot. I certainly think that I would need to 'dry' position the bimini in place, then push (sheet) the boom out in order to make sure it (mainsheet) wouldn't be catching the bimini top.
You know, the whole thing doesn't make much sense to me. Seems like, in order to secure it from damage, that you'd have lines running fore and aft from each 'corner'. You know, lock it in place? Then, your mainsheet would still be impacting these securing lines.
Ah, the hell with it! I believe that I am 'over-thinking' it to much. I should either get it and play with it, or not.
