Motor mounts – Good or Bad? Anyone have one?

I would like to add a motor mount so that the motor does not intrude so much into the cockpit when tilted.
Does anyone have one? What type? Good and bad aspects?
I am thinking maybe a fixed mount might be good and I would still tilt the engine normally. Though maybe the raise/lower type mount might be nice for ease of use though I wonder if there is any issue (center of gravity, handling, etc) with having the engine vertical and so high in the air.
