I don't have one but may add one this summer. I have a 2023 and it is a pain to tilt the motor so far up so the entire lower unit clears the water. Having the additional 10 or 12" of vertical rise from the mount would be nice. The two draw backs are that it's bolted through the hull (possible water leakage into wooden core)and it moves the motor farther away from the hull (more moment arm to bounce motor when trailering). I'm guessing you run a two stroke? That makes for less weight and a lighter mount. Four strokes with more weight and torque need a heavier mount. I've installed several and really haven't come across one that I would recommend staying away from. The more travel the better since they are made for trolling motors on powerboats and they don't heel or pitch as much you'll need to work backwards from the height of your motor to position it correctly so your prop stays in the water.
