Oh almost no sanding. Only mentioned sanding to explain why it looked worse.

The light hazing marks are the effects of light hand sanding for about 1 minute. The center strip is where it ripped the wood coming off the centerboard trunk. If I had known how good it was I would have left it for another few years. This project is a lot of work. I am exhausted and only half way there. Todd
