(Doug King, Santana 23 & Sundowner 36) Doug, Anything is possible if you have the time and aren't afraid to drill and glass. I am considering installing a fixed keel on my 2023C in the next couple of years. The water ballast concept is great if you trailer, but I don't anymore.
