Why? Because after thinking about it, all I could imagine was being able to 'pack' the existing holes, say bottom 60% or less, air bubble compressed above this point. Then, you got it, called a diabetic friend of mine this morning (Sunday). Asked him if he had some of those really thin syring tubes such as my mother uses. Yep, picked up two of them! Needles aren't needed, but looks like I can snake the slightly thinner of the two (different brand, I guess) up inside, then eject, starting at the TOP, fill as I 'back out'. Plug it with tape, let it dry. OK, that's part one, this is part two: What I should then do, is, after drilling the *new*holes, inject resin up there, then immediately slap home the screws? That actually makes good sense, as it should provide a much better anchor on the screw. Got to pick up some resin and cloth, anyway, as I want to do a couple minor repairs on the CB.
