Report: outside forum guidelines

Ebay purchases: blocks on cars, sheet 93',think its enough,had a jib stay made, winches for $100 but may need to service, still need 1.25" track, think 6' should be sufficient but wondering where to mount, center them to the winch? Will have to ask some buddies, any ideas?
